In the presence of H.E Sheikh Dr Ahmed Nasser Al Muhammad Al Sabah, the Foreign Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, the Order of the Star of Italy has been bestowed yesterday evening to H.E. Sheikha Prof Dr Rasha Hamood Al Sabah, during a ceremony presided over by Ambassador Carlo Baldocci at the Residence of the Italian Ambassador to Kuwait.
