Visa Office working hours:
The Visa Office opens to the public every Monday and Wednesdays (from 09:00 to 11:00 a.m. for submitting the Visa applications) and (from 12:00 to 13:00 for the withdrawal of passports as well as for the presentation of missing documentation, useful for the assessment of every individual visa application for the entry in Italy).
General information
The Visa Office of the Italian Embassy in Kuwait operates, for short-stay Visas (“Uniform Schengen Visa” – Type C), through the outsourcing Company, VFS GLOBAL, that manages the Italy Visa Application Centre. It is however always possible to submit a Schengen visa application directly to the Embassy. For information and to book an appointment, please send an e-mail to: (alkuwait.visti@esteri.it).
Requests for long-stay Visa (“National Visa”), that is exceeding 90 days, must be submitted exclusively in this Embassy. To submit a Visa application, it is necessary to request an appointment by sending an e-mail to (alkuwait.visti@esteri.it).
It’s also possible, for justified reasons, to present the Schengen visa application directly at the Embassy. For information and to book an appointment please write e-mail address alkuwait.visti@esteri.it.
