On 8 May 2018, the Ambassador of Italy to the State of Kuwait, H.E. Giuseppe Scognamiglio, presided at the celebrations for the National Day of the Italian Republic, which were held at the Symphony Style Hotel in Kuwait City, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Khaled Al-Jarallah. The event was joined by numerous local dignitaries, representatives of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in the Emirate, as well as High personalities from the private sector, the media and culture. The reception was held in a suggestive and ample circular ballroom, whose sides hosted excellences of the Italian motor industry (Ducati) and -greatly appreciated- culinary stands, dedicated to some of the typical Italian dishes, prepared by Symphony Style Hotel’s chefs.
