MISSION IN KUWAIT OF THE FORMER MINISTER OF CULTURE AND PRESENT PRESIDENT OF “ANICA”, H.E. FRANCESCO RUTELLI.

From June 30th to July 2nd , 2019, H.E. Mr. Francesco Rutelli, the former Italian Minister of Culture and, currently, the President of the National Association of Audiovisual and Multimedia Film Industries (ANICA), paid a visit to Kuwait, a mission aimed at strengthening cultural relations between Italy and the Emirate. Accompanied by the Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Italian Embassy, Mr. Andrea Quartieri, President Rutelli held talks at Bayan Palace with the Deputy Minister of the Amiri Diwan, H.E. Sheikh Mohamed Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, and with the Under-Secretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs, h.E. Abdulaziz Soud Ishaq. Afterwards, President Rutelli visited the “Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem” and “Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad”, Cultural Centers, as well as the Al Salam Palace Museum (which will open this autumn).
