Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and was accompanied by the Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Minister of Defense, H.E. Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and the Minister of Finance, H.E.
