Law 288\/55 and subsequent amendments and additions).<\/p>\n<p>Scholarships are offered to carry out <u>study, training and\/or research programs<\/u> at public or legally recognized Italian educational institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarships are compatible exclusively with the <strong>onsite attendance<\/strong> of academic courses <strong>on the Italian territory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The list of <strong>eligible countries<\/strong> can be found on the website Study in Italy:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/studyinitaly.esteri.it\/\">https:\/\/studyinitaly.esteri.it\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <u>scholarships<\/u> are open to students of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree programmes (Laurea Magistrale, 2\u00b0 ciclo) \u2013 9 months;<\/li>\n<li>Higher Education for Fine Arts, Music, and Dance (AFAM) programmes \u2013 9 months;<\/li>\n<li>PhD programmes \u2013 9 months;<\/li>\n<li>Research projects under academic supervision (Progetti in co-tutela) \u2013 9 months;<\/li>\n<li>Italian language and culture advanced courses \u2013 3 months;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree (Laurea Triennale, 1\u00b0 ciclo) or Single Cycle Degree (Laurea magistrale a ciclo unico) programmes \u2013 9 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications must be sent <u>exclusively<\/u> through the <strong>Study in Italy portal<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/studyinitaly.esteri.it\/\">https:\/\/studyinitaly.esteri.it\/<\/a>) <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">by May 16th 2025 at 14.00 (CET)<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications received after this deadline will not be valid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications can only be submitted by foreign students living abroad holding the academic qualification required for enrollment at the chosen Italian university\/institution (for more information: <a href=\"https:\/\/studyinitaly.esteri.it\/Static\/ProcedureIscrizione\">https:\/\/studyinitaly.esteri.it\/Static\/ProcedureIscrizione<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>9-month scholarships start on <strong>1 November 2025<\/strong> and end on <strong>31 July 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>3-month scholarships are available from <strong>1 January 2026<\/strong> and must be completed by <strong>30 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For further information, applicants are invited to consult <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/studyinitaly.esteri.it\/\"><strong>https:\/\/studyinitaly.esteri.it\/<\/strong><\/a><strong> and the specific call for proposals, available in Italian and English.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) offers scholarships to foreign students residing abroad for the academic year 2025-2026, with the aim of promoting cooperation in the cultural, scientific and technological fields, the forecast of the Italian economic system in the world and the diffusion of the Italian language and culture (ref.
