On 5 February 2019, as part of a mission in the area, the Prime Minister, Prof. Giuseppe Conte, made a technical stopover in Kuwait, landing at “Ali Al-Salem” military base in south of Kuwait City, where he greeted the Italian militaries of the National contingent Task Force Air Kuwait (IT NCC \/ Task Force Air), engaged in the international anti-Daesh coalition.<\/p>\n
