On July 2nd, 2019, the Kuwaiti Armed Forces celebrated the graduation of Army, Interior Ministry, and National Guard officers from Kuwait and other partner countries, who completed the 23rd joint staff training course at Mubarak Al-Abdullah Joint Staff College. The ceremony was held under auspices of the First Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and was also attended by Deputy Army Chief of Staff Lt Gen Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nawaf Al-Sabah and other senior officials, as well as by diplomatic dignitaries.
Specifically, the 23rd Course saw the participation of representatives from 19 countries. Italy was represented by Lieutenant colonel Daniele ROSSI, whose participation was managed and supported by the newly established Office for the Italian Defence Attaché in Kuwait City. Lt. Col. ROSSI obtained both the awards foreseen for international students, concluding as Top International Student and author of the best thesis of research in English (DRP, Defense Reaserch Paper).
