ITALY – KUWAIT STRATEGIC CONSULTATIONS

Very successful first session of Italy – Kuwait Strategic Consultations today between the Italian deputy foreign Minister, Hon. Marina Sereni, and Assistant Foreign Minister for Europe Ambassador Waleed Al-Kubaizi. On the bilateral side – among agreements and Road maps signed in the recent weeks and more to come this November – today, SACE, the Italian Export Credit Agency and NBK, National Bank of Kuwait signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the objective to enhance trade and economic cooperation between Italy and Kuwait, with specific attention to green finance projects as well as transactions positively contributing to sustainable development; and Promos Italia, the Italian Agency for Internationalisation of Enterprises, signed with the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry a Memorandum of Understanding which will establish and develop between their respectives members the Italy – Kuwait Economic Dialogue.
