Today the Order of the Star of Italy has been bestowed upon Dr Samira Omar from Kuwait Institute of Scientific Research (KISR) during a ceremony presided over by Ambassador Carlo Baldocci at “Spazio Italia-Kuwait” in the Embassy of Italy to Kuwait.
