SEMINAR ON: “ENHANCEMENT AND PROTECTION OF CONTRACTUAL LABORS’ RIGHTS IN THE STATE OF KUWAIT” (11 DECEMBER 2019)

On December 11, the Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Italy in Kuwait, Dr. Andrea Quartieri, participated in a seminar on strengthening and protecting, in Kuwait, the rights of expatriate contractual labors. The event was held under the patronage and presence of H.E. Khaled Suleiman Al Jarallah, Deputy Foreign Minister of Kuwait. The event was attended by Dr. Tarek Azmy Elsheikh, A Resident Coordinator and Representative of the UN Secretary General in Kuwait, Ms. Iman Younes Ereiqat, Head of Mission of UN Migration (IOM) and Ambassador Hassan Abdelmoniem, Special Envoy of UN Migration for the GCC.
