The Italian Embassy in Kuwait, in accordance with the current Italian legislation and within its initiatives and activities, intends to offer to public and private entities the opportunity to promote their image by helping to sponsor the organization of the “Italian Week” 18th to 25th November 2018, a multidisciplinary event that includes music, art, fashion, science, gastronomy, etc., aimed at promoting our country and the “Made in Italy” in the broadest sense of the term – or by participating in the maintenance and improvement expenses of the Embassy offices in Jabriya, block 9, street 1, villa 84.
The Embassy is committed to giving maximum visibility to the contribution received, by any appropriate means at its disposal.
The sponsorship proposals, signed by the legal representative, must be sent in a closed envelope, addressed to the Administrative Section of this Embassy (Jabriya, Block 9, Street 1, Villa 84 – P.O. Box: 4453 Safat, 13045 Kuwait) or by e-mail to the following address: ambasciata.alkuwait@esteri.it, specifying mandatory:
- The activity or service intended to sponsor;
- The advertising message that has to be promoted with the necessary responsibilities and fulfillment;
- The sum (amount of money) intended to offer.
The Embassy, according to its unquestionable judgment, reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship offer if:
- it considers that a conflict of interest could arise between public and private activities;
- it recognizes, in the advertising message, a possible prejudice or damage to its image and its initiatives or activities;
- it considers the offer unacceptable for reasons of general opportunity.
The Embassy, after evaluating the documentation produced, will propose a special “sponsorship contract”, which will be effective once it is signed for acceptance by the concerned sponsor.
