The provisions issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation regarding the management and financial autonomy of the Embassies abroad as well as the legislation concerning sponsorships, make it feasible to offer the availability of the Embassy’s reception halls to potential applicants who are interested in the realization of promotional, cultural and social events.
The use of the spaces will be granted at the unquestionable judgment of the Embassy, based on considerations of opportunity, correspondence of the event to the presentation and support program of the Italian System in Kuwait, as well as in relation to the workloads affecting the Embassy within the given period and the obvious precedence that must be reserved for institutional events or with the participation of Government personality.
It is also envisaged that the use of the spaces is subject to a contribution, for an amount established by the Embassy.
The costs of organizing the events, including those of any service personnel employed, fall entirely on the Party authorized to use the spaces.
The contribution for the use of the Embassy premises will be received in the forms provided for by the legislation in force and intended mainly for the following purposes: property maintenance, service contracts of limited duration with temporary employment agencies; institute activities and operating expenses.
Interested Parties are requested to send a letter (which can be scanned and sent to amministrazione.alkuwait@esteri.it) requesting the use of the premises of the Embassy and – at the same time -expressing the willingness to pay, in the event of authorization, the aforesaid contribution, to the extent that will be indicated by the Embassy.
